Holder of the French certificate of aptitude for the legal profession (CAPA) since 2023, Yasmina joined the Corporate Law department of Anders Avocats ; she is involved in sales and acquisitions, fund-raising and the monitoring of groups of companies.

Yasmina has a degree in English and comparative business law from the Universities of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Paris V.

She is fluent in French, English, Persian, Romanian and Spanish.
