Our team, composed of three partners and three associates, is involved in all aspects of real estate law with a strong focus on commercial and corporate real estate, , as well as consultants and litigators, and on all types of assets.
We intervene in matters of leases, construction, urban planning and development, co-ownership, expropriation and sales law.
Our objective is to offer specialized technical support in order to best respond to our clients’ problems.
We work with French and foreign clients, including institutional lessors (listed or unlisted shopping center or city center real estate companies, insurance companies), family-owned real estate companies or family offices, as well as lessees, brands or individual merchants, in a variety of sectors such as hotels, automobiles, banking, personal goods, health, restaurants, food and services. In the field of construction and urban planning, we also intervene for municipalities and promoters.
Our team intervenes on behalf of public entities as well as private companies that respond to public consultations and/or are holders of public contracts.
We intervene in public procurement consulting and litigation, at all stages of the projects:
– During the project preparation phase, whether it be on the choice of the most suitable contractual arrangement or in the “sourcing” phase.
– During the awarding of the contract, both in the drafting of tender documents and in the negotiation (when the chosen procedure allows for negotiation).
– During the execution of the contract, in particular for the management of amendments or claims.
The team has developed an expertise in IT procurement and public service concessions for high-speed networks.
The team works in both French and English.
The labor law and social security law team is composed of three experienced lawyers. The team assists and advises French and foreign companies and executives on a daily basis, for advice and/or pre-litigation or litigation activities:
Labor Law :
Labor law is a constantly evolving field, with sometimes very strong impacts for the company.
For the past 15 years, Grégoire BRAVAIS and his team have been assisting their clients on a daily basis in all areas of labor law, offering them advice and legal assistance as well as representation before the Labor Court and the Court of Appeal.
Our team, composed of two partners and three associates, intervenes in all aspects related to digital law and intellectual property.
We advise and defend public entities and private companies on all their digital transition projects (in their contractual and regulatory aspects) and intervene more particularly on data management (personal or not), artificial intelligence, blockchain and the legal security of infrastructure projects. We work with software publishers and digital service companies, as well as with end-users (private or public).
The team has notably developed expertise in the health, sanitary and social sectors, marketing and intelligent territories.
The team is also involved in intellectual property law in securing, exploiting and defending its clients’ intangible assets (copyrights/patents/trade marks/drawings and models, infringement, transfer of know-how).
We intervene in French as well as in English.
Our team, consisting of a partner and an associate, is involved in all aspects of corporate law.
We assist companies at all stages of their existence, from creation to dissolution. We advise them on their day-to-day problems but also in the context of their structuring operations, such as fund raising or acquisitions and disposals.
We assist our clients in the drafting and negotiation of contractual documents (shareholders’ agreements, deeds of assignment, guarantees of liability, etc.) and in the preparation of corporate documents, with a permanent approach of education and personalization of advice.
The corporate law team has also developed an expertise in advising on civil company law.
The team is fluent in French, English and German.
The business litigation, arbitration and mediation team is composed of three experienced lawyers. It assists and advises French and foreign clients in all phases of litigation, including the pre-litigation stage of the case where guidance and exchanges between parties are often essential.
Our team is particularly involved in contractual, commercial, distribution, partner and shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, as well as in unfair competition, insolvency proceedings, criminal business law and property law. We assist you before the state courts, but also in arbitration proceedings and in inter-company mediation.
Our objective is not only to assist you pragmatically in the defense of your interests, but also to seek with you the implementation of negotiated alternative solutions allowing to avoid proceedings, when possible and desirable.
