Grégoire Bravais is a partner of the firm and an attorney-at-law since 2005.

He is involved in labor law, particularly in the following activities

• Drafting of documents (employment contracts, compensation plans, company agreements, letters of dismissal, etc.);
• Assistance in the setting up and operation of staff representative institutions (election of the CSE, trade union delegate, etc.)
• Individual litigation before the industrial tribunals and, if necessary, before the courts of appeal concerning, for example, dismissals;
• Collective disputes before industrial tribunals, courts of law or courts of appeal, particularly concerning restructuring;
• Litigation concerning criminal labor law

In the field of social security law, Grégoire Bravais also assists companies wishing to anticipate or contest an URSSAF adjustment, or those contesting the professional nature of an accident or illness of one of their employees.

Grégoire Bravais holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations Law (University of Lille 2, 2003) and graduated from the Ecole de Formation du Barreau (2004). He practiced for 10 years in law firms specialized in labor law and social security law. In 2015, he became a partner of DDA Avocats – DMS Avocats. In January 2023, he participated in the founding of ANDERS Avocats. Grégoire Bravais is a regular speaker at various conferences and training sessions.
