Drago
Vincent Drago has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1981 and practices in the fields of public and private real estate law.
He is particularly involved in urban planning and development law, expropriation and pre-emption law, as well as commercial and professional leases, sales and co-ownership law.
His experience leads him to assist his public and private clients in their various real estate law issues at the advisory and litigation stages.
Vincent Drago holds a master’s degree in private law and a postgraduate degree in public law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Initially an associate at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de Cassation, he joined Neveu Sudaka et Associés in 1982 and became a partner in 1988 before joining DMS Avocats in 2016. In 2023, he participated in the founding of Anders Avocats.
