Vernudachi
Cécile Vernudachi is a partner of the firm and advises digital service companies (publishers, integrators, marketing services and digital communication…) and end-users on their digital transformation projects, particularly in the health/life sciences sector (pharmaceutical laboratories, research centers, health and social establishments, health platforms…). She also assists her clients in e-commerce projects and in intellectual property matters, in securing their intangible assets (copyrights/brands).
Cécile Vernudachi is a graduate of McGill University (Canada), Paris Nanterre University and the Paris Bar School (1997). She has a dual experience in law firms and companies, including seven years with a marketing services operator where she was Legal Director and then General Secretary until 2013.
She is a certified DPO/CNIL by Bureau Veritas and has also taught contract law in Master 2 at the Sorbonne School of Management (Master Commercial Strategy and Negotiation Practice) and has been trained in mediation at the Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP).
She is also a trainer at Lefebvre Dalloz for which she works on personal data law and digital legal issues.
