Duffour

Arnaud Duffour has been a lawyer since February 2005. He advises and litigates in the field of real estate law, with a focus on commercial and business real estate (drafting leases, auditing leases, transfer of leases and businesses, setting the rent for renewed or revised leases, eviction proceedings, resolutory clause litigation, debt collection, construction litigation, etc.) for a clientele of institutional landlords, property administrators, national brands and individual merchants. He also acts in matters of urban planning (building permit litigation), construction (builders’ liability), and real estate sales.

He holds a postgraduate degree in International Commercial Law (University of Paris X Nanterre, 2003) and a Diploma in Common Law (University College of Dublin, 2002). He began his career in 2005 with ALERION before joining NEUVEU SUDAKA & ASSOCIES in 2008 and becoming a partner at DMS AVOCATS in 2016. In 2022, he participated in the founding of ANDERS AVOCATS.

Arnaud provides a number of training courses and regularly participates in the Commercial Leases Commission of the Paris Bar Association.
